Core job duties of a dispensary Budtender include:

1. Providing outstanding customer service to dispensary customers, including educating
   consumers on various strains, products, and consumption methods.
2. Handling cash payments and entering transactions into dispensary POS systems.
3. Maintaining the appearance of the retail sales floor, including merchandising, restocking
   inventory, and cleaning the sales area.
4. Continuing cannabis education and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
5. Adhere to all company policies and CCC rules and regulations.
6. Complete customer sales accurately through POS system following company policies
   and CCC rules and regulations.
7. Complete daily checklists for opening and/or closing.
8. Work as part of a team to ensure customers are satisfied and sales goals & timelines are met.
9. Complete other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior retail experience is required
• Must be 21+
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a Federal and State background check
• Experience with Windows-based software, point-of-sale applications, and generally
  tech-savvy
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to work 8-10 hour days, weekends, night shifts, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Must provide three references
